Cinnamon Roll Oatmeal Bake | #bakedoatsbytay Big Batch Series

Big Batch Cinnamon Roll Oatmeal Bake

Serves 3-4

ingredients:

  • 2 and 1/4 cup old fashion rolled oats

  • 2 ripe bananas mashed

  • 2 cups almond milk

  • 2 tsp cinnamon + more for on top

  • 1 tsp baking powder

  • 1 tsp vanilla extract

  • Optional add ins: protein powder, chia seeds, flax meal, etc.

  • Yogurt for topping

directions:

  1. Preheat oven to 375F and spray an 8x8 baking dish with nonstick spray.

  2. In a mixing bowl, mix all of the ingredients above (except yogurt) then pour into the baking dish.

  3. Sprinkle the top with more cinnamon, then bake for 30-35 minutes or until the top is golden brown and dry to touch.

  4. Let cool completely then add yogurt on top and serve with nut butter!

Store in refrigerator for 3 days max or in freezer until ready to be served.
