Big Batch Cinnamon Roll Oatmeal Bake
2 and 1/4 cup old fashion rolled oats
2 ripe bananas mashed
2 cups almond milk
2 tsp cinnamon + more for on top
1 tsp baking powder
1 tsp vanilla extract
Optional add ins: protein powder, chia seeds, flax meal, etc.
Yogurt for topping
Preheat oven to 375F and spray an 8x8 baking dish with nonstick spray.
In a mixing bowl, mix all of the ingredients above (except yogurt) then pour into the baking dish.
Sprinkle the top with more cinnamon, then bake for 30-35 minutes or until the top is golden brown and dry to touch.
Let cool completely then add yogurt on top and serve with nut butter!
Store in refrigerator for 3 days max or in freezer until ready to be served.
